Background

The purpose of this contract is to support the digital marketing needs of the Wyoming Army National Guard and the Wyoming Air National Guard.

Contract Requirements

- All proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. - Documents should be uploaded in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.

Instructions on Submission

- Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 6, 2026. - Written questions regarding the procurement must be submitted individually through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. - All responses must be fully uploaded to the Public Purchase system by the 2:00:00 P.M. MT deadline. If your submission is not completely uploaded by this time, the system will lock and your response will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. - Bidders/proposers are responsible for monitoring Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or any other updates related to this solicitation.
