- Bids must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 14, 2026, exclusively through the Public Purchase online bidding system. - Only bids submitted via Public Purchase and on the required State of Wyoming forms will be considered. - Bidders are responsible for checking the Public Purchase website ( www.publicpurchase.com ) for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. - Bidding questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 1, 2026. - All questions will be answered and made available to prospective bidders via the Public Purchase website or as a written addendum by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 7, 2026. - Questions submitted after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 1, 2026, will not be addressed. - Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted.
