Carpenter Field Hydroseeding

Background

The Town of Royalton is seeking proposals for hydroseeding services at Carpenter Field, located at 90 Carpenter Rec Fld, Royalton, VT 05068. The goal of this contract is to enhance the athletic field through hydroseeding, which must be completed by July 17th, 2026.

Work Details

The contractor will provide hydroseeding services for approximately 0.5 acres of athletic field. The contractor is responsible for any damage incurred to property or landscaping features during the execution of the work. Additionally, the contractor must submit at least three references demonstrating successful completion of similar work, a list of equipment to be used, and proof of insurance with their bid.

Period of Performance

The hydroseeding services should be completed no later than July 17th, 2026. The Town reserves the right to extend the contract for up to three years.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must provide at least three references for similar work and proof of insurance with their bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the contractor’s name, address, and phone number.
