LCCC Athletic Gear

Scope of Work

LCCC is seeking proposals from qualified entities to supply a comprehensive range of athletic gear, equipment, and supplies to its Athletic Department. The selected firm will be responsible for providing: - A wide variety of athletic gear, equipment, and supplies as specified by LCCC's Athletic Department, with needs arising throughout the contract period. - Products from multiple brands, including but not limited to Tachikara, Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Mizuno, Reebok, and New Balance. - Items that are licensed by the NJCAA and NCAA. Bulk purchases are anticipated whenever possible, but the supplier must also accommodate unique or one-off requests as needed. The Athletic Department will be required to purchase all athletic gear, equipment, and supplies from the selected vendor during the contract period, except in cases where a specific item is unavailable from the awarded supplier.

Background

LCCC intends to enter into a contract with one firm for up to three (3) years, with the possibility of renewing for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, subject to mutual agreement. LCCC is not seeking an exclusive branded contract with a single manufacturer. Estimated needs and anticipated expenditures by sport and category are detailed in the attached RFP document.

Contract Requirements

- Ability to source and supply a broad selection of athletic gear, equipment, and supplies as specified by LCCC. - Capability to provide products from multiple major brands and those licensed by NJCAA and NCAA. - Flexibility to handle both bulk and unique purchase requests.

- All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via Public Purchase by June 17, 2026, 4:00 p.m. (MT). - All communications must be conducted through Public Purchase; direct contact with LCCC employees is not permitted. - RFP responses must be submitted via Public Purchase by June 26, 2026, 4:00 p.m. (MT). Late proposals will not be considered.
