Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services 2026 - 2028

Scope of Work Requested

Metroparks Toledo is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professionals to provide professional services for various capital and major maintenance projects scheduled for initiation by staff and approval by the Board of Park Commissioners during the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Services requested include, but are not limited to: - Architecture - Engineering - Surveying Firms must be registered and licensed professionals in the State of Ohio.

This solicitation is issued by the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Metroparks Toledo).

Background

Metroparks Toledo may enter into contracts for professional services to support capital and major maintenance projects as initiated by staff and approved by the Board of Park Commissioners. The selection of consultants will follow a quality-based evaluation process in accordance with ORC 153.65(D) and 153.68.

Contract Requirements

SOQs will be used to pre-qualify firms for professional services and may also be used to award contracts in accordance with ORC 153.71. Firms will be categorized based on their qualifications. Interested firms should include a cover letter specifying the categories for which they wish to be evaluated.
