Background

The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Bureau of Motor Vehicles is seeking authorized dealers for the renewal of Fiserv Frontier SaaS service products. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to essential software services that support the Bureau's operations.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following Fiserv Frontier SaaS service products:

Frontier Subscription Users

30 units

Frontier Transactions Subscription

288,000,000 transactions

Frontier Reconciliation Subscription

1 unit

Frontier Certification Subscription

1 unit

Frontier Transfer Manager Subscription

1 unit

Frontier Storage

100 units. Additionally, SOC2 Certification may be required. Bidders must be manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, or authorized distributors.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the State of Ohio as specified by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
