Background

The purpose of this contract is to support the digital marketing needs of the Wyoming Army National Guard and the Wyoming Air National Guard through a competitive proposal process managed via the Public Purchase online bidding system.

Contract Requirements

- All proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. - Submissions must be completed and fully uploaded by 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 6, 2026. - Documents should be in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.

Instructions on Submission

- Written questions regarding the procurement must be submitted individually through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. - All proposal responses must be fully uploaded to the Public Purchase system by the specified deadline. Incomplete uploads or submissions after the deadline will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. - Bidders are responsible for monitoring Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or any other updates related to this solicitation.
