The State of Wyoming, Wyoming State Fair (Agency), is seeking proposals for a Marketing & Communications Liaison. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing and communications services to support the Wyoming State Fair.

Contract Requirements

Proposals must include both a technical proposal and a cost proposal, uploaded as separate documents and clearly identified. All documents should be submitted in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 7, 2026. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline. If your submission is not fully uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock, and your response will be incomplete and eliminated from the evaluation process. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted individually through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. It is the bidder/proposer's responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or any other additional information related to the solicitation.
