Airboat Repair and Maintenance

Background

The Vermont Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals for a service and repair contract for a state-owned airboat. The goal of this contract is to establish one or more agreements with companies capable of providing comprehensive airboat repair services, specifically targeting the Air Ranger model owned by the State.

Work Details

Reassembly of the Air Ranger

- Provision of shop materials and fees - Covering shipping expenses (round trip) All pricing must include F.O.B. delivery to the ordering facility, with no additional delivery costs accepted. Bidders must ensure that all equipment provided is new and unused unless otherwise specified.

Period of Performance

The contract period will last for two years starting from October 1st, 2026, with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at locations designated by the Vermont Department of Public Safety, although specific geographic locations are not detailed in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Vermont Secretary of State’s office and obtain a Contractor’s Business Account Number issued by the Vermont Department of Taxes.
