Background

The Wyoming State Fair requires professional marketing services to enhance its promotional activities and outreach. This contract aims to secure a qualified vendor to deliver creative and ad design services that align with the Agency's goals.

Contract Requirements

- Proposals must include both a technical proposal and a cost proposal, each uploaded as separate documents and clearly identified. - All documents should be submitted in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.

Instructions on Submission

- All proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. - The deadline for proposal submission is 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 7, 2026. Submissions not fully uploaded by this time will be considered incomplete and eliminated from the evaluation process. - Written questions regarding the procurement must be submitted individually through the Public Purchase system by 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. - It is the responsibility of the bidder/proposer to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or any additional information related to the solicitation.
