Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, is issuing this contract for the Annual Software Fee Renewal for the ACRE/Feenics Gov Cloud Physical Access Control System (PACS) at the Montana Veterans Affairs Health Care Center (VAHCS). This service is essential for maintaining communication between access control software and the system. The Feenics PACS products have been approved for use by the Federal Government and meet security requirements set by GSA’s FIPS 201 Evaluation Program. Facility Improvement Corporation (FICO) has been designated as the sole source provider for these services in Montana. Work Details The contractor will provide annual software and hardware maintenance and support, which includes: - Updating system licenses - Providing programming support both on-site and via phone - Replacing defective hardware - Conducting quarterly onsite inspections - Performing annual preventative maintenance by certified technicians - Offering software and firmware updates on all equipment - Providing proactive and preventative system monitoring technology - Offering call-in support to certified specialists - Managing user credentials and access schedules - Conducting monthly alarm monitoring costs. Additionally, training on the full usage of the system, troubleshooting, maintenance, and services will be provided. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a one-year period from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with ongoing quarterly inspections. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations within Montana, specifically at the Billings (Majestic and Spring Creek), Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, and Hamilton Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). Bidder Requirements Bidders must be certified as an authorized communication company capable of providing services per manufacturer specifications. They must ensure that only authorized personnel perform work associated with this contract. Contractors are required to have certified technicians available onsite in Ft Harrison, Montana within 2.5 hours of a service call. Additionally, contractors must obtain a contractor badge to work on Ft Harrison VAHCS property.
