Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive fire extinguisher services, including inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire extinguishers located on the MSU Bozeman campus and in university vehicles. Specific tasks include: - Regular inspections and maintenance of all fire extinguishers. - Replacement of any defective or expired units. - Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding fire safety equipment. - Documentation of all services performed for record-keeping purposes. - Provision of a detailed cost proposal based on the fire extinguisher list provided in Attachment 4 - Fire Extinguisher List for Cost Proposal.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to span a total duration of 7 years.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Montana State University Bozeman campus and associated vehicles.

Bidder Requirements
