Summary

The vendor shall provide un-installation of outdated equipment and installation of brand-new items according to acceptable standards. Contractor shall provide Uninterruptible Power and Cooling Distribution Unit replacement/ installation and a Site Lead/Project Manager to provide the following critical tasks to support to the WYANG per the PWS. 5.3.3 Capture existing cooling fluid/Re-fill system with cooling fluid. 5.3.4 Demo existing piping 5.3.5 Run new Pex piping to the in-row coolers. 5.3.6 Furnish & install new 350A shut Trip Breaker with nema-1 Enclosure. Tie existing EPO into new Shunt Trip breaker. 5.3.7 Existing 3 Feeder conduit & wire fed from MDP will be shutdown & locked out. Intercept existing Feeder to line side of new 350A Shunt Trip Breaker/Enclosure. Install Load side Feeder conduit & wire from new Shunt Trip Breaker to new UPS. 5.3.8 Demo existing UPS, remove from Data Center, Dispose/recycle old UPS. 5.3.9 Install Power Modules and Battery Cabinets 5.3.10 Assume the existing structural integrity of raised floor is sufficient to move old UPS across floor & new UPS installed at old UPS location. All raised floor modifications by others.

Background The Wyoming Army National Guard, specifically the 153d Communications Squadron (153 CS), is responsible for maintaining mission-ready network devices and ensuring maximum uptime for critical servers, routers, enterprise access points, and network security appliances. The current Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system and cooling system are outdated and no longer serviceable. This contract aims to replace the entire system to ensure continued operational capability. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Remove and replace Eight (8) Chilled Water In-Row Cooling Units, reusing PEX-AL-PEX piping and insulation with new couplers provided. 2. Remove One (1) PX80 UPS and replace it with One (1) PX 100KW Frame (de-rated to 80KW) 208V, 4-Wire Modular UPS populated to 60KW+1 with seven (7) 10KW Power modules. 3. Install Twelve (12) Rows of Battery to allow for 18-Minutes at a 60KW Load along with a 3CB Bypass with output distribution breakers including twenty (20) 1P20A breakers and reuse of three (3) 3P125A breakers. 4. Install a new 350A Shunt Trip Breaker with NEMA-1 Enclosure and tie existing Emergency Power Off (EPO) into the new breaker. 5. Demo existing UPS, remove from Data Center, and dispose/recycle old UPS. 6. Install Power Modules and Battery Cabinets as per specifications. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the 153d Airlift Wing Cheyenne WY BLDG 31A.
