Contract Requirements

- Proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. - Both a technical proposal and a cost proposal are required; these should be uploaded as separate documents and clearly identified. - All proposal documents must be in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.

- Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on June 30, 2026. - Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Public Purchase system by 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 8, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. - All responses must be fully uploaded to the Public Purchase system before the 2:00:00 P.M. MT deadline. Incomplete uploads at the deadline will result in the response being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from consideration. - Bidders are responsible for monitoring the Public Purchase system for answers to questions, addenda, award information, or any other updates related to the solicitation.
