Contract Requirements

Written questions regarding the procurement must be submitted individually through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date specified in the solicitation documents. If your submission is not fully uploaded by the deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be deemed incomplete and non-responsive, resulting in elimination from the evaluation process. It is the responsibility of the bidder/proposer to check the Public Purchase system for answers to questions, addenda, bid tabulations, and any other relevant information.
