Summary (Newest Update)

Background The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires Non-Clinical Medical Case Management Services to maintain established Medical Readiness goals. The Department of Defense (DoD) TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) emphasizes the importance of high-quality care for service members, as outlined in various guidelines and reports. The goal of this contract is to promote fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and deployability among VTARNG service members. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Non-Clinical Case Management Services. This includes: 1. Providing a dedicated staff consisting of one Lead Registered Nurse Case Manager, two Registered Nurse Case Managers, and two Medical Records Technicians. 2. Coordinating all aspects of patient care to ensure proper utilization of services and resources. 3. Assisting within, between, and outside of VTARNG facilities to facilitate care for individual patients. 4. Engaging community resources and facilitating ongoing patient education. Place of Performance The services will be performed at locations associated with the Vermont Army National Guard. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on W912LN22C0001, awarded to Addon Services for $2,634,065 (09/12/22–07/11/26). The prior contract required nurse case management services to support individual soldier medical readiness requirements, including non-clinical case management with dedicated personnel and responsibility for providing necessary staffing and related support functions. The current requirement’s focus on non-clinical medical case management to maintain VTARNG medical readiness goals and the specified nurse case manager staffing model suggest a continuation of the same type of service.

Current: Posted: May 29, 2026, 4:49 p.m. EDT The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for Medical Case Management and Care Coordination Services to maintain established Medical Readiness goals. To support this mission, the contractor must provide a dedicated staff consisting of one (1) Lead Registered Nurse Case Manager, two (2) Registered Nurse Case Managers, and two (2) Medical Records Technicians responsible for the administration, analysis, coding, and reporting of medical records programs. All Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM EDT on 15 June 2026, with the government intending to post responses within 48 hours. Final quotes must be submitted electronically through the PIEE Solicitation module no later than 5:00 PM (17:00) EDT on 21 June 2026; alternative submission methods will not be considered. This procurement is governed by FAR 52.212-1, and late submissions will be handled strictly per FAR 52.212-1(f). Individual files must not exceed 50 MB, and total submissions must stay under 200 MB in standard formats (Word, Excel, PDF); the use of compressed (.ZIP) or protected files is strictly prohibited.
