The museum showcases a diverse collection of arts from Northern Plains Tribal peoples, including various artifacts and historical items. The goal of this contract is to enhance the museum's security monitoring capabilities by installing a new security camera system that allows staff to monitor both interior and exterior areas effectively. Work Details The contract involves the installation and maintenance of a security monitoring system at the Museum of the Plains Indian. The selected vendor will provide and install 14 new security cameras that must be compatible with the existing system. Specifications include: - Cameras: Performance 2MP IP MFZ Mini Dome Camera or equivalent, fixed-position with night-vision capability. No Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) cameras are allowed. - Additional Equipment: A minimum 24-port Network Video Recorder (NVR) to support new cameras. - Installation Requirements: All necessary wiring, cabling, and materials for installation must be provided by the vendor. The contractor must ensure compatibility with existing Turing TP-MFM4M28 4MP HD TwilightVision IR Mini Dome Cameras and a 32-Channel Smart Series Performance NVR. The entire system must be NDAA compliant. Period of Performance All work shall be completed by September 30, 2026. Place of Performance Work will be performed at the Museum of the Plains Indian, 19 Museum Loop, Browning, Montana 59417.
