CLO Call When Needed 2026

Background

The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Central Land Office (CLO) is issuing a Limited Solicitation for their 2026 Call When Needed (CWN) contract vendor list. The goal of this contract is to secure equipment or services on a call-when-needed basis to perform various tasks, including weed spraying, restoration, maintenance and repair of physical facilities, and occasional construction projects.

Work Details

The services to be provided under this contract include: - Environmental Services - Weed Spraying - Building & Construction Services - Forest Related Services such as Bridge Repair and Road Maintenance - Transportation Goods & Services including Culvert Liners - Various Construction services related to Environmental Reclamation, Remedial Action, Removal, Response Action, Restoration, and Revegetation. Contractors will be required to meet workers compensation and insurance requirements as described in the Limited Solicitation for the duration of the contracted period.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until the completion of the tasks as needed throughout 2026.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations as determined by the needs of the Central Land Office within Montana.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including proof of insurance as required in Sections 12 and 13 of the draft contract. Contractors must also review all project materials provided under the Prerequisites and Buyer Attachments tabs. Unauthorized contact with state staff may disqualify bidders from further consideration.
