Background The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) NAF Contracting Office, on behalf of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, is seeking to establish a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a concessionaire contractor. The goal is to finance, design, buildout/renovate facilities, operate and maintain Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at Fort Wainwright and other Garrisons within Alaska. This initiative aims to modernize Soldier feeding operations and enhance the health and welfare of the military community. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing nutritious food and beverage services that adhere to Federal and DoD nutritional guidelines. 2. Operating Campus Style Dining Venues that cater to Soldiers, their families, and other eligible patrons including DA Civilians & Contractors. 3. Implementing advanced technologies such as online ordering and delivery solutions. 4. Expanding dining opportunities for Essential Station Messing (ESM) Soldiers while maximizing utilization of benefits. 5. Ensuring maintenance and repair of facilities including cleaning of interiors, pest control, and coordination with Garrison DPW for structural maintenance. 6. Developing a general maintenance and repair/quality control plan for long-term facility upkeep. 7. Managing utility contracts for services such as water, gas, electrical, trash, and recycling. 8. Conducting regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Place of Performance Fort Wainwright and other Garrisons within Alaska.
