The system is indicated for various imaging applications, including Vascular, Vascular Access, Interventional, and Superficial imaging. This includes assessments of vessels, guidance for catheter and port placements, and imaging of soft tissue structures.
The system is intended for diagnostic ultrasound imaging of the human body, for both adult and pediatric patients. Specific clinical applications include Peripheral Vessel and Vascular Access, Small Organ (breast, thyroid, parathyroid, testicles), Musculo-skeletal, and Cardiac.
The SiteRiteTM 9 Ultrasound System transducer operates using B-mode and Color Doppler imaging.
- Display: The system features a 15.6-inch touchscreen, which is 50% larger than the previous SiteRiteTM 8 model.
Provides continuous and real-time needle tracking for guidance during the insertion process. - Sherlock 3CG+TM Tip Confirmation System: An integrated system that uses ECG to ensure proper catheter tip navigation and location, which can serve as an alternative to chest X-ray confirmation for PICC tip placement in patients with an identifiable P-wave.
