Background The Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, located in North Carolina, is issuing this solicitation to provide essential support for the P226 project. The goal of this contract is to supply and maintain head trailers that will facilitate operations at the air station, ensuring that personnel have access to necessary facilities during their duties. Work Details The contractor is required to deliver and install two (2) four-stall head trailers to support P226. The scope of work includes: - Coordination with the Project Authority Representative (PAR) prior to starting work. - Provision of all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary for project completion. - Installation of trailers by 1300 on 29 June 2026. - Hooking up trailers to ensure proper operation. - Ensuring trailers are stocked with supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper for the duration of the rental. - Weekly cleaning and disinfection services throughout the contract period. - Maintenance of freshwater and wastewater holding tanks to meet customer demand. - Prompt response to maintenance and repair requests to ensure trailers operate at full capacity. - Trailers must be equipped with a 30-amp camper-style plug, climate control for heating and air conditioning, handwashing sinks, and clearly labeled as Men’s/Women’s. - Conducting site cleanup before leaving the site and properly disposing of old equipment, debris, and trash off government property. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from 29 June 2026 through 31 December 2028. Place of Performance The work will be performed at MCAS Cherry Point, specifically at Building 3992, located northeast of 6th Avenue.
