Work Details

Period of Performance

The contract will have an initial term of three (3) years, starting from the date of contract execution. The State has the option to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, making the total possible duration six (6) years.

The services will primarily be performed in Des Moines, Iowa, where the Iowa Real Estate Commission is located.
