Tennessee Tech University, through its Department of Athletics, is seeking bids from qualified charter companies to provide transportation services for its Soccer team and related personnel. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and reliable charter services for the team's travel needs during the upcoming season.
The contractor will provide one 56-passenger bus and driver for various trips throughout the season. The trips include: 1. Coastal Carolina University - Conway, SC (August 3-7, 2026) 2. Austin Peay State University - Clarksville, TN (August 16, 2026) 3. University of North Alabama - Florence, AL (August 23, 2026) 4. Vanderbilt University - Nashville, TN (September 3, 2026) 5. Lipscomb University - Nashville, TN (September 6, 2026) 6. East Tennessee State University - Johnson City, TN (September 25, 2026) 7. University of North Carolina at Greensboro - Greensboro, NC (September 30-October 1, 2026) 8. Mercer University - Macon, GA (October 8-9, 2026) 9. Samford University - Homewood, AL (October 17-18, 2026) 10. Western Carolina University - Cullowhee, NC (October 29, 2026) 11. Possible Southern Conference Tournament games from November 5-7 and November 12-15 with various potential destinations depending on team performance.
