Background

Norfolk Public Schools (NPS) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified bidders to furnish, deliver, and install toilet partitions, urinal screens, and privacy panels. This solicitation replaces any prior misidentified scope and is intended solely for restroom partition systems.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the restroom partition project. Work includes furnishing and installing toilet compartments (approximately 50-60 units), urinal screens (approximately 40-45 units), and privacy panels (approximately 1-5 units), along with all mounting hardware and supports. The installation must comply with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes. Systems must include durable moisture-resistant materials (HDPE or equivalent), corrosion-resistant hardware, overhead braced or equivalent mounting systems, and ADA-compliant configurations. The contractor is responsible for site protection, cleanup, and coordination with facility operations.

The work will be performed at various locations within Norfolk Public Schools.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). They are required to provide a complete quotation with all required documentation including product specifications and installation approach. Bidders must ensure that they are not currently debarred from submitting a response for the type of goods/services covered by this solicitation.
