Background

Prosper Portland, the economic development and urban renewal agency for Portland, is seeking statements of interest and qualifications from individuals or firms to provide Real Estate Brokerage services on an as-needed basis. The goal of this RFQ is to establish one or more Flexible Service Contracts that will allow Prosper Portland to engage contractors for various real estate services without guaranteeing any specific amount of work.

Work Details

The services required under this RFQ fall into three categories: 1) Property Acquisition Services, which includes market analysis, acquisition strategy development, comparable sales analysis, negotiation of purchase terms, and coordination of due diligence; 2) Property Disposition Services, which involves providing a Broker’s Opinion of Value, developing marketing strategies and collateral, executing marketing campaigns, and negotiating terms of sale; 3) Leasing Services, which encompasses market leasing research, financial modeling, tenant negotiations, and lease execution. Period of Performance
