The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Albireo Energy, LLC to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering support, and technical expertise required to safely and fully relocate the operational camera system in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment remain under Albireo Energy warranty, and therefore all work must be performed by Albireo Energy or their authorized technicians.

Background The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract to Albireo Energy, LLC. The purpose of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering support, and technical expertise required for the safe and complete relocation of an operational camera system. The existing camera system is currently under warranty by Albireo Energy, necessitating that all work be performed by them or their authorized technicians. Work Details The scope of work includes relocating the building camera system from Room 155 to Room 164 within the Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development, Building 1404. The contractor must safely disconnect the existing camera system and associated components, label all cables and equipment for accurate reinstallation, protect all equipment during removal and transport, install the camera system in the new location according to OEM specifications, provide all necessary mounting hardware and accessories, ensure neat routing and securing of wiring, configure the system to match existing operational settings, perform full functional testing (including power verification, network connectivity, video feed quality, recording and playback functionality), demonstrate successful operation to a representative, remove all debris and restore affected areas to original condition. Deliverables include an Installation Report summarizing work performed and test results upon completion; updated diagrams and documentation at completion; and warranty information documentation. Period of Performance The contract is set to commence on June 15, 2026. Place of Performance Maxwell AFB, Ira C. Eaker CTR for Leadership Development Building 1404, Rooms 155 and 164.
