Background The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for construction and facilities maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to address the repointing and repair of brickwork at the PVT Sterling L. Morelock USARC facility in Pittsburgh, PA, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local codes.
