Removing the old unit and installing a new mini-split system that matches or exceeds the following specifications: - Manufacturer: Trane - Model No.: 4MXW8518A10N0CA - Electrical: 208 V, 1 PH, 60 HZ - Refrigerant: R410A - Cooling Capacity: 18,000 Btu/h - Heating Capacity: 19,800 Btu/h.
