Work Details The contract requires the delivery of Rail Spanners with the following specifications: - Brand Name: Landsport - Part Number: LS1724072RSC - Salient Characteristics: - All aluminum construction - 17,000 lb capacity each - 24” wide - Sections 72" length - Non-skid, self-cleaning, with a 2” traction cleat surface; spacing between 14 cleats allows debris to fall through - Both ends have an 18” taper/rise at a 13-degree angle - Maximum span of 48” to rest on a flat/unobstructed surface - Must be secured to rail car while in use. - Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination, and offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. New equipment only; used or remanufactured products will not be accepted. Period of Performance Preferred delivery time is within 30 days from the date of order. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to specified locations as determined by the U.S. Army.
