The State of North Carolina, through North Carolina A&T State University, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to generate additional scholarship and academic support for Aggie Athletics as part of the five-year All Aggies, All In (AAAI) capital campaign. The objective is to raise $1,000,000 annually during the campaign period. The campaign aims to increase awareness, drive donor engagement, secure major gifts, foster donor loyalty, and enhance community engagement with a target audience that includes former student-athletes, alumni, local businesses, and the greater Greensboro community.
The awarded vendor will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign for the AAAI initiative. Specific tasks include: - Developing a communications calendar; - Creating a deployment strategy for an identity/brand suite; - Establishing a messaging structure that includes key messages and donor stories; - Producing print-ready collateral such as posters and brochures; - Creating templates for newsletters and reports; - Establishing donor recognition structures based on best practices; - Providing analytics dashboards and evaluations; - Producing campaign visuals including logos and videos. All work produced will become the property of North Carolina A&T State University.
The contract will have an initial term of one year from the effective date of execution, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year at the discretion of the State. Work is expected to commence within five business days following contract execution.
The services will be performed at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Vendors must be registered in good standing with the North Carolina Secretary of State. They are required to comply with E-Verify requirements for employee work authorization verification if they have more than 25 employees in North Carolina. Vendors must also provide evidence of financial stability through specified attachments and may need to undergo background checks for personnel involved in service delivery.
