The NAICS code is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the small business size standard is $19.0m. Instructions to offeror: All responsible small business sources shall review all documentation and submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must show within the proposal relevant Water Main Overhaul Meet or Exceed; experience by demonstrate the ability to successfully complete as follows; all state and local law; provides appropriate within the state of California. Furthermore, review entity of the solicitation packet to include statement of work and associated attachments details to create bid to the standard terms and conditions of the solicitation that will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of contract will be on Price, as acceptability for this requirement below. Bond Requirements

Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond. Any amount over $150,000.00 requires both payment and performance bonds. Bonds are due no later than 10 calendar days after award. Due to the project magnitude, both payment and performance bonds will be required.

This water main serves critical facilities including the Headquarters office, visitor area, and residential house. The project aims to enhance water control and service access by installing a new shutoff system for the house and backyard area. The estimated construction magnitude is between $50,000 to $65,000. Work Details The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing water main system and install a new operational water distribution system in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Key tasks include: - Excavation of the existing water main through gravel, asphalt, and the front yard of the house. - Replacement of the entire mainline system including pipe, connectors, valves, backflow apparatus, and any other components required for a legal functioning water system. - Tie-ins to the house, headquarters office water line, and visitor area irrigation line. - Relocation of the water shutoff system from the south side to the north side of the building. - Repairing disturbed areas such as gravel and asphalt to pre-project condition. - Providing as-built drawings and final schematics identifying new water line routing and valve locations upon project completion. - Coordinating utility shutdowns with a minimum 72-hour notice to minimize service interruptions. - Pressure testing, flushing, disinfecting the new water line prior to Government acceptance while complying with State health standards.
