Background The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking quotes for the Controlled Humidity Asset Program (CHAP) Preventative Maintenance Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the CHAP systems maintain optimal humidity levels to protect government assets. This program is critical for maintaining operational readiness and safeguarding equipment from damage caused by excessive moisture. Work Details The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance (PM) services for designated IA ARNG CHAP systems as specified in Technical Exhibit #3. The contractor must maintain a daily average relative humidity (RH) of less than 50% RH 100% of the time, and less than 45% RH 90% of the time. Exceptions to these standards apply under specific conditions such as acts of nature or system failures. The contractor is responsible for all necessary measures to ensure quality control and compliance with performance requirements, including the development of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and adherence to a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Deliverables include regular field service reports, damage reporting, and an inventory modernization plan. Place of Performance The services will be performed at facilities managed by the Iowa Army National Guard, specifically at Johnston, IA.
