Town of Essex RPD-I Buffer Active Reforestation and Maintenance Contracting Opportunity

This creates a recurring opportunity for landscape contractors, arborists, and environmental consultants to provide reforestation, maintenance, and monitoring services, as well as for consulting on plan preparation and compliance. The Town will likely need to solicit bids for these services both for initial developer compliance and for enforcement actions when property owners are non-compliant.
