Background The Naval Air Station (NAS) Whiting Field is seeking Base Operations Support (BOS) services through this solicitation. The goal is to establish a follow-on contract that will provide ongoing support services necessary for the effective operation of the base and its outlying areas. This contract is intended to replace the existing contract N6945019D1740, which is set to expire on March 31, 2027. The agency aims to ensure that all required services are performed efficiently and effectively in alignment with their operational needs. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks under the Base Operations Support (BOS) services, including but not limited to: Facility Management, Facility Investment, Pest Control, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Pavement Clearance, Utilities Management, Electrical Services, Wastewater Management, Water Services, and management of Base Support Vehicles and Equipment. Specific requirements include: - Providing all necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items needed for service delivery. - Ensuring compliance with performance objectives and standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). - Managing recurring work schedules and responding promptly to non-recurring work task orders. - Implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations. - Developing a phase-in plan for smooth transition of services from the outgoing contractor. Place of Performance The primary location for performance will be at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whiting Field in Florida along with its outlying areas supported by this command.
