Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Division), Measurement Science and Engineering Department is responsible for Metrology, Test, and Monitoring Systems Assessment supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program. The goal of this contract is to modernize the existing Automatic Pressure Calibrators used across Navy Calibration Laboratories to enhance logistical efficiency and maintain calibration standards critical for weapons operation and fleet readiness. Work Details The contract involves procuring a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of fifty (50) Automatic Pressure Calibrators over a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The new calibrators will provide both pneumatic and hydraulic pressure calibration capabilities, improving upon the current model, King Nutronics 3666-10K3. Key requirements include: 1. Operator/service manuals containing safety information, theory of operation, troubleshooting, maintenance instructions, and operational guidelines. 2. A minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty after acceptance by the Navy. 3. Calibration certificates traceable to NIST with an Accredited Certificate/Report of Calibration. 4. Calibration labels indicating calibration intervals on each unit. 5. Repairable Parts list for each calibrator. 6. Software/Firmware Version Description consistent across all units delivered. 7. A comprehensive training manual including operational instructions and maintenance procedures. Period of Performance One year from Date of Award (DOA), with required delivery within 120 days after contract award.
