Background This is a nonpersonal services contract issued by the Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) at Fort Eustis, VA, which provides visual information and multimedia support to the United States Army and various DoD agencies. The goal of this contract is to rent additional TV monitors for Project Convergence Capstone 6 at Fort Irwin, CA, as the EMC lacks sufficient resources on hand for this mission requirement. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to deliver and pick up the following TV monitors with rolling stands: - Ten (10) 85” TV monitors with rolling stands; - Five (5) 98–100” TV monitors with rolling stands; - Three (3) 55–60” TV monitors with rolling stands. All monitors must include at least one (1) HDMI input. Audio capability is not required. The contractor is only responsible for delivery and pickup of the monitors; setup is not required. Period of Performance Delivery Date and Time: 29 June 2026 at 1200; Pickup Date and Time: 30 July 2026 at 1200. Place of Performance Leaders Training Program, Building 130, Fort Irwin, CA 92310. Delivery and pickup will occur at the same location.
