Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with federal regulations regarding debarment and suspension. They are required to provide a Lobbying Certification if bids exceed $100,000 and must verify their compliance with O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 regarding E-Verify usage. Additionally, vendors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the IFB.
