Deep Cleaning Services

Background

The Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is issuing this Documented Quote for deep cleaning services for its Residence Halls, Cafeteria, and Coffee Shop. CNCC is part of the Colorado Community College System and operates two campuses located in Rangely and Craig, Colorado. The Rangely Campus encompasses 150 acres with 17 buildings totaling 315,526 square feet, including four resident halls. The goal of this contract is to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of these facilities to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Work Details

The contractor will provide deep cleaning services for six to seven buildings at the Rangely Campus, specifically targeting the following areas: all walls, laundry rooms, common areas, interior windows, floors (both carpets and hard surfaces), vents, bathrooms, and all surfaces. The scope includes detailed objectives per building as outlined in Section E of the solicitation document.

Period of Performance

The anticipated contract start date is July 1, 2026. The work schedule will be determined based on the proposal submitted by the contractor.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Rangely Campus located at 500 Kennedy Drive, Rangely, CO 81648.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in deep cleaning services. Preference will be given to Colorado resident bidders and those employing Colorado labor. Bidders are required to submit proof of insurance including workers' compensation coverage and must complete a signature page along with their quote submission.
