The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive training services in safety, occupational health, and emergency response as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This training is essential for maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the safety of personnel involved in naval operations. Work Details The contractor shall provide instruction for the Field Response Team (FRT) courses, which include a 5-day course and a 3-day course. The estimated number of classes required annually is as follows: - FRT 5-Day Course: 35 classes per year - FRT 3-Day Course: 25 classes per year. Classes may be held at various locations both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States), including but not limited to Annapolis, MD; Jacksonville, FL; Atsugi, Japan; and Bahrain. The contractor will be notified at least 30 days prior to the beginning of each fiscal year regarding the specific number and location of training sessions. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials and instructors for these courses. Period of Performance The contract will become effective on April 1, 2027, or on the date of award, whichever is later. The ordering period will last for 60 months from the effective date unless terminated earlier according to contract provisions. Place of Performance Training may occur at various locations across the United States and internationally, including sites such as Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Atsugi, Japan; and Bahrain.
