Bond Underwriting Services

Scope of Work

The District is seeking proposals for Bond Underwriting Services. The selected respondent will provide professional underwriting services related to the issuance of bonds for the District. - All services must be in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by the McAllen Independent School District (the District ).

Background

The District is initiating this procurement to secure qualified bond underwriting services to support its financial operations related to bond issuances.

Contract Requirements

- Proposals must be submitted electronically through IonWave. The District prefers and encourages electronic submissions. - Submittals received after the deadline will be void and unacceptable. - Facsimile transmittals and/or emailed submittals will not be accepted.

- Interested respondents may obtain project details and submit proposals via IonWave. - All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Questions option on the IonWave website, no later than the date and time specified in the solicitation. - Questions or clarifications will not be answered by phone or email.

Additional Information

- Respondents are strictly prohibited from discussing this RFQ with District employees or members of the Board of Trustees. This includes unsolicited literature, email, faxes, or phone calls related to any aspect of this RFQ. - If discussion is necessary, notification will be provided in writing by the District. - Failure to comply with this communication policy will result in automatic disqualification at the discretion of the District.
