Executive Program Management (EPM) For Major Projects Portfolio ( MPP ) For The Houston Airport System (HAS)

The City of Houston ( City ) is seeking submissions from qualified program management leaders to provide Executive Program Management ( EPM ) services. Following the EPM procurement, the City will separately solicit Program Management Support Services ( PMSS ) teams to provide project management, program controls management, design management, and construction management and other services, systems, and staffing to execute the Major Projects Portfolio ( MPP ). The term of this contract is for five (5) years with two-year options to extend.
