The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive sealed proposals for hazardous substance cleanup and disposal services for various state agencies. Work Details

The contractor will provide both non-emergency and emergency cleanup and disposal services for hazardous substances across seven defined regions in Missouri. Services include: 1. Conducting actions necessary to contain, collect, identify, analyze, clean up, treat, disperse, remove, or dispose of hazardous substances as defined under section 260.500 RSMo. 2. Reporting any releases that meet or exceed reportable quantities to the state agency. 3. Providing a program director for each region who will serve as the primary contact with the state agency. 4. Developing written work plans for non-emergency situations detailing how cleanup will be conducted. 5. Maintaining daily logs of all activities related to cleanup operations. 6. Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws regarding hazardous waste management.

Period of Performance

The contract period is from the effective date through December 7, 2026.

Services will be performed throughout various locations in the State of Missouri as specified by the needs of different state agencies.

Bidder Requirements
