FY26 TDC - Splash Pad

Background

The Tiffin Developmental Center, part of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, is seeking to enhance its recreational facilities by purchasing splash pads and related accessories. The goal of this contract is to provide safe and engaging water play features for individuals served at the center.

Work Details

The contract includes the purchase of three (3) 7' Portable Splash Pads and several accessories: - **7' Portable Splash Pad**: Made by My Splash Pad™, featuring MSP Anti-Slip Coating, with a lifetime limited warranty on nozzles and fiberglass. It has a diameter of 7 feet, weighs approximately 95 lbs, and includes four nozzle housings with twelve nozzle inserts for various spray patterns. - **Mini Frog Arch**: Constructed from fiberglass/structural polyurethane, dimensions are 44” tall x 70” wide. It includes a 1” supply line and two water play feature bases. - **Tall Umbrella**: Made in the USA with a true blue stem and royal red top. Dimensions are 6.5' tall with a top diameter of 36”. It comes with three nozzle inserts for different spray patterns. - **Tall Mushroom**: Similar construction as the umbrella, dimensions are 6.5' tall with a cap diameter of 24”. - **Fire Hydrant**: Bright flame red color, size is 2' tall, includes two nozzle housings with six nozzle inserts for varied spray patterns.

Period of Performance

The items must be delivered no later than June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery will take place at Tiffin Developmental Center, located at 600 N. River Rd., Tiffin, OH 44883. The center requests the option to pick up items if they are manufactured in Ohio.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and have received a payee/supplier ID to be considered responsible. Bids must be submitted through OhioBuys; no alternatives will be accepted.
