The Cook County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from construction firms to provide services through the Construction Management at Risk delivery method for Facility Renovations and New Construction. Work Details

Work will occur during nights, weekends, school holidays, and summer breaks from December 2026 to December 2027. 2) Renovation of Cook Elementary School (102,264 sq ft) with a budget of $7,050,000 under similar conditions as above. 3) Renovation of Cook Middle School (118,767 sq ft) with a budget of $5,800,000 under similar conditions as above. 4) Construction of a new multipurpose building at Cook High School (12,000 sq ft) with a budget of $4,875,000 that includes site work and facilities such as restrooms and food service areas.
