The contractor must ensure that all services conform to the specifications used when the equipment was procured, as well as adhere to current standards set by various regulatory bodies such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA-99, OSHA, and others. Services are to be performed during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. CT to 6:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday), with an on-site response time not exceeding two business days after a report date. Preventive maintenance must be scheduled in coordination with clinical services and performed according to OEM standards.
