This contract aims to ensure safe access to the office by removing excessive snow from parking lots and sidewalks during the winter months of FY26/27. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing snow removal services which include: - Removing excessive snow from parking lots and sidewalks using snowplows, snow throwing devices, and snow shovels. - Applying U.S. Government approved ice melt products to sidewalks. - Ensuring that all services result in a neat, safe, and professional-looking site that represents the United States Forest Service positively to the public. - The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service and ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations. - The contractor shall develop a Quality Control Program (QCP) to guarantee that services meet contract requirements.
