Sprayer for KDA

Background

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Finance and Administration Cabinet, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of a sprayer for the Kentucky Department of Agriculture (KDA). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the provision of specific equipment needed by state agencies, ensuring compliance with state procurement laws and regulations.

Work Details

The contract requires the following items: 1. **Fiberglass Tank**: 200-gallon fiberglass tank with R10 Bean Pump (10GPM at 500 PSI) and Honda GX240 HP electric/recoil start motor with battery included. 2. **Axle Kit**: 5264642 axle kit and drawbar assembly with clevis or pin style hitch. 3. **Mount Kit**: 9-999 Mount axle kit. 4. **Wheels**: 2 units of 15x6" KB wheels (6 bolt, no tires). All shipping costs must be included in the bid offer.

Period of Performance

The contract is intended as a one-time purchase only, with bids due by May 29, 2026, at 1:30 PM ET.

Place of Performance

Delivery of products will be made to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture located at 107 Corporate Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable statutes and regulations related to this procurement. They must also be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System and provide proof of required insurances prior to award. Additionally, bidders must complete Revenue Form 10A100 for tax registration and submit any required affidavits if claiming resident bidder status.
