The contractor must ensure a minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor. Additionally, they are responsible for the removal of all construction debris including old systems, shipping pallets, packaging materials, and any other related waste. Optional preventative maintenance services may also be included. Period of Performance The contract work is scheduled to commence on June 1, 2026, and conclude by August 1, 2026.
