Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Southwestern Little Rock District (SWD) is seeking information regarding the FY26 Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T) Services for Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE). This sources sought synopsis aims to gather knowledge on the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various industry members, including small businesses and other designated categories such as Section 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB. The goal is to ensure adequate competition among responsible contractors for the anticipated services. Work Details The contract will cover Initial Outfitting and Transition Services for multiple projects at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA. Specific requirements include: 1. Property Furniture & Fixtures (FF), Equipment (E), and Transition Services. 2. Initial Outfitting (IO) involves providing new furniture, fixtures, equipment, and low voltage systems classified as Personal Property in new or newly renovated facilities. 3. Transition services include: - Relocating reuse FFE-LVS - Disposing of non-reuse FFE-LVS - Public relations support - Staff orientation & training - Cleaning prior to occupancy of the new or newly renovated space.
