Work Details The contractor is required to provide secure, climate-controlled storage services for Government-owned assets. Key tasks include: 1. Providing a minimum of 500 square feet of clean, dry, and secure storage space configured as two (2) 10' x 25' units or five (5) 10' x 10' units. 2. Ensuring climate control with temperatures maintained between 55°F and 75°F and humidity not exceeding 50% at all times. 3. Maintaining structural integrity with fully enclosed units that are weather-resistant and free from pests, mold, mildew, and standing water. 4. Providing unrestricted access to authorized personnel 24/7 via a unique Government-controlled electronic gate code and physical locks. 5.
